Split PDF

Split a PDF into separate files, or pull out just the pages you need.

How to split a PDF

  1. Drop your PDF onto the box above, or click it to choose it.
  2. Choose how to split: every page on its own, every few pages, by page ranges such as “1-3, 4-10”, or pull out just the pages you tap.
  3. Click “Split PDF”. Several PDFs download together in a ZIP file; extracted pages download as one PDF.

Everything happens in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, and closing the tab clears it all.

Questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The PDF is split in your browser, on your device. Your document is never sent anywhere.

How do I write page ranges?

Separate the parts with commas. “1-3, 4-6, 7” makes three PDFs: pages 1 to 3, pages 4 to 6, and page 7. “5-” means from page 5 to the end.

Does splitting lower the quality?

No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays sharp and searchable.
