Common questions
My file didn’t download on my phone
When the file is ready, tap “Share or save…” and choose Save to Files (iPhone) or Save / Downloads (Android), or send it straight to an app like Viber or WhatsApp. If you opened this site from inside an app such as Viber, Instagram, or Facebook, open it in Safari or Chrome instead: those in-app browsers often block downloads.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Every tool runs inside your browser, on your device. Your files are never sent to our server or anyone else’s.
A file won’t open or gives an error
Check that the file opens in another app first; it may be damaged. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first with “Unlock PDF”. If it still fails, email us and tell us the tool and file type (please don’t attach private files).
Is there a file size limit?
There is no fixed limit. Because the work happens on your device, very large files depend on its memory. Most computers handle PDFs of several hundred MB; phones are happiest below about 100 MB.
Is it really free?
Yes. There are no accounts, trials, watermarks, or limits on how often you use the tools.
